Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that things come up — life happens! All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can plan accordingly and offer the spot to someone else.

Here’s how it works: – Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee

– Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

You can cancel or reschedule by replying to your Square confirmation text or through the online booking site.

Late Arrival Policy

If you're running late, please shoot me a quick message — replying to your confirmation text works great.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service to stay on track for the day. In that case, a 50% service fee may apply.

If I haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

 

Service Adjustment Policy

Your happiness with your hair is everything to me. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let me know — I want you to love your look.

I’m happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 10 days of your original service, as long as it falls within what we discussed during your consultation.
