Where are you located?

I’m located inside Pompa Salon in Downtown Martinez:
725 Ward St., Suite A, Martinez, CA

What’s the parking situation like?

There’s metered street parking all around the salon. Meters accept cards — just give yourself a few extra minutes to park and get settled.

How should I prep my hair for the appointment?

Please arrive with dry, clean hair. If it’s a couple days past your wash day, that’s totally fine — but avoid dry shampoo, root touch-up sprays, or heavy product buildup before color appointments.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We might be hanging out for a while, so bring anything that makes you feel comfortable! I’ve got snacks and drinks, but feel free to bring your own, too.

Can I have a quiet appointment?

Yes! Whether you're in the mood to chat or just need some calm time, I’ve got you. You’re welcome to text or email me ahead of time (or let me know when you arrive) if you’d prefer a quieter experience.

Can I read or get work done during my appointment?

Absolutely. Bring your laptop, book, journal — whatever makes the time feel good for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Apple Pay, card, and cash — whatever’s easiest for you.

What if I’m running late?

Please text me if you're running behind — you can reply to your Square confirmation text.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. A cancellation fee may apply.

What’s your cancellation & no-show policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes.

You can cancel via your Square confirmation text or the booking site.

– Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% fee

– No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service
